Inside Account Executive

**About This Opportunity**
The Inside Account Executives play a critical role in developing and managing successful relationships with existing / new customers and selling to Wind River’s largest strategic customers. You start with a book of business which you will work to renew, while also generating new pipeline in your respective region, either through leads or outbound prospecting. Upon selling the new business, you will continue to work accounts for upsells and cross sell opportunities.
We are looking for motivated, articulate, high-energy, quota carrying, Inside Sales professionals. Must be able to multi-task, own the entire sales cycle, and be a team player.
**Interface & Collaboration**
- Account Managers that address complex business and engineering issues with our customers.
- Field Application Engineers who handle the technical aspects of our sale.
- Sales Support Reps who support the internal affairs to who help in various aspects of your sale.
**Responsibilities**
- Closing renewals, repeating production license, and assisting field sales teams to close large, more complex deals
- Qualification of leads, uncovering prospect’s business needs
- Selling Wind River software development tools
- Understanding and executing complex sales contracts
- Preparing detailed quotes and proposals
- Maintain customer data in SalesForce CRM system
- Collaborating with internal teams at address various aspects of your deals
**Qualifications**
- 2+ year of inside sales or similar experience in a technology-focused corporate environment (software industry preferred)
- Experience on sales leads follow up, prospecting, as well as cold-calling
- Excellent written and verbal English with good communication skills
- Demonstrates strong patient, critical thinking and problem solving, with sense of urgency
- Ability to grasp technical concepts of the Software industry
- Ability to run and close complex deals with particular attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree
