**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify & reachout to companies based on potential course exit roles for skill academy students.
- Refine resumes/profiles of students according to the set guidelines & industry requirements.
- Coordinate with program team to set up interviews/mock interviews for qualified students.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment or Corporate Relations or Training and Placement will be preferrable.
- Excellent communication, networking & negotiation skills.
- A passion to impact Online Learning and thus shape-up Education in India
- Hustle and get things done attitude.
