We are looking for a **Female Telecaller** to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products/services, and generating leads. Your role will involve maintaining good customer relationships, following up on leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make daily outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- **Inbound Handling**: Answer incoming calls professionally and provide relevant information to customers.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
- **Customer Relationship**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM or Excel.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in reaching monthly/quarterly targets.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,887.50 - ₹27,724.72 per month

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- IT: 1 year (preferred)
