**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create digital and print graphics, including social media content, web banners, ads, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Edit and produce video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, social media videos, and explainer videos.
- Utilize graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) to create high-quality visuals and videos.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in graphic design, video editing, and AI tools.
- Experiment with and incorporate AI tools and software to enhance graphic and video content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Prepare design drafts, present ideas to stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
- Ensure all designs and videos are consistent with the brand's identity and style guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of recent AI tools for graphic design and video production (e.g., DALL-E, Midjourney, Runway, Canva's AI features).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their visual content requirements.
