**The Role**

We're seeking an experienced Product Marketer to join our Marketing team. This role will be instrumental in accelerating our marketing-led growth and elevating our profile as the premier Community Platform in WordPress.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Marketing Strategist to develop and execute product marketing strategies
- Work alongside the Product Manager to ensure new product features have appropriate GTM strategies
- Maintain brand consistency and storytelling across all touchpoints
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the marketing calendar
- Assist in driving organic search strategies and support paid marketing efforts
- Participate in optimizing marketing funnels through testing and experimentation
- Analyze marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations
- Participate in cross-functional product teams to inform positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
- Contribute to defining and refining target audience personas
- Create content to support sales enablement efforts

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the WordPress ecosystem
- Strong understanding of product marketing concepts and strategies
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling copy
- Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing marketing performance metrics
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

**Desired Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with community platforms or online learning tools
- Familiarity with the BuddyBoss product portfolio
- Background in B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
