**Salary**: Up to 55k CTC

**Experience: 2 years experience in Spanish Flight Sales**

Working Days: 5 Days with 2 rotational offs

**Job Type**: Full Time (WFO)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored flight solutions, offering the best available options based on customer preferences.
- Assist customers in the booking process, from search to payment, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Address customer concerns, provide timely resolutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with flight details, routes, and promotions to offer the best options to customers.
- Work within a team and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Spanish** (written and spoken) is a must.
- Prior experience in flight sales or travel sales, particularly handling Spanish-speaking customers, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong knowledge of flight booking systems and travel industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Comfort with rotational shifts and working full-time from the office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
