**About the Role**:
We are looking for a talented and motivated **E-learning Designer**to join our learning and development team which supports both the US and India offices. As an E-learning Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning content that is engaging, user
- Design, develop, and publish interactive e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
- Convert instructional content into visually appealing and learner-friendly digital assets used to train employees in the USA, India, Honduras, and other global offices
- Integrate multimedia elements including graphics, AI voiceovers, animations, and videos into courses
- Ensure e-learning content is accessible, responsive, and SCORM compliant
- Support ǪA testing and iteration of courses based on feedback
- Collaborate closely with SMEs and instructional designers to understand learning objectives and audience needs
- Maintain version control and documentation for all learning content

**Required Qualification /Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design / Educational Technology / Multimedia Design, or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in e-learning design and development (internships/freelance work count)
- Working knowledge of at least one e-learning authoring tool (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia Adobe )
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint or Google Slides for visual content planning
- A good design eye with attention to layout, readability, and user experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video/audio editing tools (Camtasia, Audacity, Adobe Creative Cloud, )
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Pictory, Zebracat, etc)
