We aim to make financial products affordable and easily accessible to the person when needs financial assistance at the most. Our team is equipped with experienced and qualified finance professionals associated from the top notch institutions such as IIT, LBS, IIM, Stephen's, LSE, and various global banks.

**Location**:Gurgaon

**Responsibilities**:
1. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating high-quality design assets and visual elements.

2. End to end ownership & oversight of UI and UX design process (including user research, wireframing, mock-ups, prototyping, and usability testing)

3. Work with product managers & developers to ship modern delightful products for customers.

4. Identify and ship UI & UX enhancements to existing products.

5. Ensure delivery of world-class, modern designs for all new products as well as product enhancements.

6. Collaborate with and lead multi-functional teams through ideation and brainstorming exercises. Familiarity with Design Sprints or other standard UX workshops is a plus.

7. Creating a design culture in the organization by creating and implementing design systems and libraries.

8. Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.

9. Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.

10. Cultivate Legality as a design leader in the market by participating in webinars, publishing blogs, and other community-building exercises.

11. Collaborate with Product and Development: Champion UX in development, collaborating with the product team and front-end engineers to ensure a cohesive user experience and flawless implementation of design principles.

12. Innovate & design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for new features, aligning user needs and design language with our overall product goals.

13. Drive Prototyping & User Testing: Create wireframes and prototypes for testing new product ideas, leading discovery workshops with internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with the product team.

14. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating high-quality design assets and visual elements.

15. As a lead designer, we don't want you to stop at delivering a polished product but continuously iterate and push the design frontier to new heights.

16. Continuous improvement: Conduct user research to learn about our users and identify areas for improvement.

17. Last and most important, you will work with Product Owners to achieve design-related deliverables.

**Skill Required**:

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools like (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro etc..) specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of FinTech industry trends and design standards.
- Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
- Experience working in the FinTech industry.
- Good Communication skills.
- Decision making.
