**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **Product Designer 2** with strong **UX/UI skills** and **product thinking**. You will design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces while aligning features with business goals. The role requires a proven track record of **shipping impactful features** to production, proficiency in **Figma or similar tools**, and the ability to collaborate across teams. **Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Product Thinking**: Own the **end-to-end user journey** and think critically about how each feature aligns with platform objectives.**Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers/ engineers/ sales to **prioritize features and define roadmaps**, ensuring smooth collaboration across engineering and design teams.-
**Prototyping & Ideation**: Develop **user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes** to conceptualize and test new product initiatives.-
**Simplification**: Transform complex workflows into **elegant, user-friendly interfaces** that deliver seamless experiences.-
**User-Centered Design**: Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces informed by **customer feedback, data insights, market trends,** and technical constraints.-
**Design System Management**: Maintain and evolve **detailed UI patterns and design systems** for consistent user experiences across portals.-
**Data-Driven Decision Making**: Use **user analytics and feedback** to iterate on designs and continuously improve features.-

**Other Responsibilities**:

- ** Design and Develop Landing Pages**: Create engaging and high-converting landing pages for internal initiatives and, at times, for client projects. Ensure all pages are aligned with brand identity and business objectives.**Sprint Management**: Coordinate, monitor, and manage sprint activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and track progress efficiently.-
**Cross-Departmental Collaboration**: Actively support various departments, including marketing, operations, and product. Identify opportunities where your skills can contribute to achieving departmental goals and success.-

**Qualifications**:

- ** 2.5+ years** of experience in Product design with a focus on **product-driven solutions**.**Shipped Products**: Have detailed examples of **features you have designed and successfully shipped to production** in previous roles, showcasing the impact on users and business outcomes.-
**Product Thinking**: Strong understanding of **product life cycles** and the ability to balance **business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.**Design Tools**: Proficiency in **Figma, Framer,Webflow **with experience designing for web and mobile platforms.-
**Technical Acumen**: Understanding of **basic frontend & backend development**, ensuring smooth collaboration with engineers.-
**Analytical Skills**: Ability to **leverage data insights** to drive design decisions and improve user experiences.-
