**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**:

- Execute precise and timely preparation of menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of consistency in the taste, presentation, and portioning of all dishes.

**Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef/Sous Chef to develop new menu items and enhance existing recipes.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections of ingredients to ensure freshness and adherence to quality standards.

**Kitchen Management**:

- Manage and organize the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in working order and ingredients are properly stocked.
- Coordinate with other chefs to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.

**Menu Development**:

- Contribute to menu planning and development, suggesting improvements and creative ideas.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into culinary practices.

**Adherence to Health and Safety Regulations**:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Train and enforce kitchen staff on safety protocols.

**Cost Control**:

- Assist in controlling food costs through proper portion control, minimizing waste, and efficient inventory management.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the Ex Sous Chef.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Creativity and innovation in culinary arts.
- Physical stamina and dexterity.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
