Our clientele, mostly being mid-to-large scale food, beverage, pharmaceutical and hospitality enterprise. We are a trusted source of benchmarked quality products and customer-centric services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily production operations on the shop floor.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, FSSAI, GMP, etc.).
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Train and mentor production staff, ensuring SOP compliance.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience as a supervisor in the **food manufacturing/processing industry**.
- Strong knowledge of **food safety standards**, **GMP**, and **HACCP protocols**.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of production machinery and equipment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in food safety or production management.
- Experience in [e.g., frozen foods, dairy, beverages - specify if relevant].

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,829.53 - ₹33,933.64 per month
