**Experience**: 3 to 6 years

**Experience from Machine Tools Manufacturing Industry, especially Grinding Machine Tool experience will be preferred**

**Role Overview**:
The Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations in the production area of a machine manufacturing company. This role involves managing a team of workers, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead a team of production workers.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff.
- Evaluate worker performance and provide feedback.
- Resolve any worker issues or conflicts.
- **Production Planning**:

- Schedule daily production activities to meet deadlines.
- Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective production processes.
- Work with other departments to improve production.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all products meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products before they are shipped.
- Address any quality issues and take corrective actions.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
- Schedule regular maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
- Ensure all tools and machines are in good working condition.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all shop activities follow safety rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks.
- Promote a safe work environment and provide safety training.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and supplies.
- Order materials and supplies to keep production running smoothly.
- Track usage and reduce waste.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare and submit reports on production performance and any issues.
- Use production software to track and manage data.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL machine production& Programming
- machining processes and assembly operations
- Knowledge of product developments, process flow charts
- Good understanding of quality control and safety standards.
- Problem Solving Skill, analytical skill, Leadership Skill, Communication Skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
