**Summary**:

- The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all company staff and workers. This role involves organizing and conducting safety training, performing on-site inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

**Training and Development**: Organize and conduct safety training for all company staff and workers periodically. Conduct site safety orientation training for staff members, workers, and contractors. Conduct firefighting training and safety drills on the shop floor.

**Safety Inspections and Audits**: Perform on-site inspections to identify safety hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe behaviors. Ensure the proper usage of PPE, and check the availability and functionality of fire extinguishers.

**Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations, including the Factory Act 1948, MPCB regulations. And ISO standards. Prepare and maintain documentation required by the organization and regulatory bodies.

**Safety Management**: Lead safety committee meetings with committee members and site workers, and develop complete action plans. Prepare various SOPs to enhance safety awareness among all employees.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma in Advanced Industrial Safety.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions and safety drills.
- Additional certifications in safety or related fields.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with environmental safety regulations and best practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
