**Position: Pharmaceutical Operator**

**Responsibilities**:
**Equipment Operation**:Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, such as mixing machines, granulators, blenders, tablet presses, or packaging machinery.
Set up and calibrate equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.

**Production Monitoring**:Monitor production processes to ensure they comply with quality and safety standards.
Conduct in-process checks and inspections to verify product specifications are met.

**Batch Documentation**:Accurately document all activities, including batch records, production logs, and any deviations from standard procedures.
Complete required paperwork in a timely and precise manner.

**Quality Control**:Collaborate with the quality control team to conduct quality checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Identify and report any deviations from quality standards.

**Safety and Compliance**:Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines.
Follow safety protocols and report any safety concerns or incidents.

**Cleaning and Maintenance**:Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and production areas.
Assist in the disassembly and cleaning of machinery between batches.

**Team Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with team members, including production supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance staff.
Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
- Prior experience as an operator in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and batch records precisely.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy equipment or materials as needed.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to gowning requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,359.73 - ₹25,241.68 per month
