Job Description:Job Title: Operations Manager - Business Process Services (BPS)Location: PuneJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Business Process Services (BPS) operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring operational efficiency, driving performance improvement projects, managing the transition of new business, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the BPS teamDevelop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfactionDrive performance improvement projects to enhance operational effectivenessManage the transition of new business, ensuring smooth integration and service deliveryMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as neededLead and motivate a team of BPS professionals to achieve performance targetsCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and drive innovationEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsPrepare and present reports on operational performance to senior managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldProven experience in BPS operations, with at least 5 - 7 Years in a managerial roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAnalytical mindset with problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or LeanKnowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
