Whom are we looking for?

A 2D / 3D Motion Design who wants to gain some real-world experience working in a fintech startup.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Contribute to projects at all stages from researching and ideation of visual styles and original concepts on a wide range of fintech related topics to completion.
- Visualisation of ideas through 2D and 3D motion design.
- Awareness of what competitors are doing in video and stay one step ahead.
- Be part of the marketers, brand strategists and product team to help the team develop strong point-of-view and contribute creative ideas.
- Produce videos efficiently employing a variety of elements, including video assets, photo assets, logos, typography, data visualisation, animations, etc.
- Source archival content, stock video, imagery, music, voice over and sound effects.
- Think Social-First and have the creativity to multiply content 5x that will be posted across a variety of Social Media platforms (Memes, Gifs, TikTok Videos, Instagram Stories, etc.).
- Ability to articulate and explain ideas clearly to the project team.
- Attention to details and make sure deliverables are up to standard

**Competencies You should Hold**
- 1-3+ years of experience in 2D/3D motion design and video editing.
- Working with a team across the region but also globally when required. Communication with the internal team to understand creative visions, directions.
- Ability to meet deadlines and be well-organized
- A strong desire to learn and improve your technical and design skills.
- Experienced in producing polished, professional video edits and motion graphics work, carried from concept to completion, largely independently.
- Knowledge of the fintech space is a plus, but not necessary. However, a hunger to learn as much as possible about the ever evolving cybercrime world is a must.

**Desired Background**
- Well-versed with motion design software, most importantly AfterEffects, Premiere and Cinema 4D
- Secondarily, proficient in various interactive and visual design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Attention to details and make sure deliverables are up to standard
- Interest in other areas of creative technology including UX and coding etc is a plus.
