Designation : Recruitment Executive

Job Type : Full Time (Permanent)

The Recruitment Executive is responsible to find and recruit top talent and ensure that they join, he should be able to scale up recruitment

Role Responsibility/KPI:
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per
- hire)
Build the company's professional network through relationships with recruitment agencies and other partners.
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

Experience
0-1 Year' experience minimum

**Skills**:
Ensure highest level of screening skills demonstrated by self and team to ensure that the technical team receives relevant and fitting profiles for interviews.
Hard working and sincere
Results oriented.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Must have the ability to speak, read and understand English, tolerate moderate to occasional high levels of stress, capable of multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.

**Salary**: 15,000-20,000 PM
