We are seeking an experienced **Diabetologist** to join us part-time on a **revenue-sharing basis** to lead our diabetes care services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **outpatient consultations** for patients with Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes.
- Develop **personalized treatment plans**, including medication management, diet, and lifestyle interventions.
- Monitor **blood glucose trends**, lab results, and complications.
- Provide **patient education and counseling** to improve compliance and outcomes.
- Collaborate with general physicians and nutritionists for holistic diabetes management.
- Maintain **accurate patient records** and follow-up schedules.

**Qualifications**
- MBBS with **MD (General Medicine)** or **Diploma in Diabetology** or Fellowship in Diabetology from a recognized institution.
- Valid **Tamil Nadu Medical Council or NMC registration**.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in diabetes management in outpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of **evidence-based diabetes care protocols**.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.

**Compensation**
- **Revenue Share Basis** (20-30% of consultation fees).

Pay: ₹8,093.68 - ₹42,492.00 per month
