**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, design, and curate **high-quality question papers** aligned with educational standards and curriculum guidelines.
- Ensure **variety in question types** (MCQs, short answers, long-form descriptive, case studies, etc.) to assess different levels of student understanding.
- Collaborate with AI and product teams to refine **automated grading systems** for accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and validate **AI-generated assessments** to ensure correctness and maintain academic integrity.
- Research and stay updated with **curriculum changes and best practices** in education.
- Provide **feedback and recommendations** to improve Smartail’s AI-powered assessment models.
- Assist in **content validation, quality checks, and training** AI models for handwriting recognition.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Accounts, Commerce, Mathematics & English**.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in developing question papers and assessment materials for **academic institutions**.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent **written and verbal English communication** skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on **accuracy, consistency, and clarity** in assessments.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work **efficiently under deadlines** and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborative mindset to work with **cross-functional teams, including** AI developers, content creators, and educators.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
