**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer inbound calls and provide timely and accurate assistance
- Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Escalate and resolve issues related to payments, app functionality, etc
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product/service offerings
- Identify opportunities for improvements and contribute to ongoing initiatives
- Adhere to established quality standards and performance metrics

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Empathetic and patient demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
