Job Vacancy: Tele counsellor (Noida Location)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated tele counsellor to join our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinics. If you have excellent call-handling abilities, possess a strong command of etiquette, and are knowledgeable in skin, hair, and laser counseling, this position might be for you.

Location: Noida

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls from prospective clients and provide effective counseling on skin, hair, and laser procedures.
- Demonstrate exceptional spoken communication skills to address client inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while assisting clients with their concerns and recommending suitable treatments.
- Ensure responsible handling of client data and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strive to meet or exceed set targets while delivering excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telecounselling or a related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in skin, hair, and laser counseling.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
- Excellent call handling and etiquette skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and committed to achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and CRM software will be preferred.
- Self motivated with high emotional quotient.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
