We are seeking a skilled and dedicated tele counsellor to join our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinics. If you have excellent call-handling abilities, possess a strong command of etiquette, and are knowledgeable in skin, hair, and laser counseling, this position might be for you.

Location: Noida

**Responsibilities**:
Handle incoming calls from prospective clients and provide effective counseling on skin, hair, and laser procedures.

Demonstrate exceptional spoken communication skills to address client inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while assisting clients with their concerns and recommending suitable treatments.

Ensure responsible handling of client data and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Strive to meet or exceed set targets while delivering excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in telecounselling or a related role is preferred.

Proficiency in skin, hair, and laser counseling.

Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.

Excellent call handling and etiquette skills.

Responsible, hardworking, and committed to achieving targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and CRM software will be preferred.

Self motivated with high emotional quotient.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
