We are hiring for **2 Production Technician Positions** at our **Chennai office**

**Location**:Chennai

**Experience**: 2 to 3 years

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or Equivalent degree
- 2 to 3 years experience in Production Engineer
- Technical certification or degree in electronics or related field preferred
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform assembly tasks on the production line according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct soldering rework and PCB handling with precision and attention to detail.
- Execute testing procedures to ensure products meet performance and functionality requirements.
- Perform quality control checks at various stages of the production process to identify and address defects.
- Upload programs and software updates to robotics products as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in electronics assembly, PCB handling, and soldering rework.
- Basic understanding of robotics technology and programming concepts.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or robotics production environment is added advantage.
- Familiarity with automated testing equipment and quality control processes.
- Experience with programming languages and software tools used in robotics development.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
