FinLender is hiring for Client Relationship Associate
- Debt Syndication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support clients in financial due diligence processes during fundraising activities.
- Able to work on Debt Syndication/Structured/Special opportunity Financing proposals.
- Should have a good knowledge of distressed account financing.
- Able to create investor teasers.
- Analyze and prepare generic industry, market, and specific company overviews.
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on fundraising.
- Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”.
- Supporting due diligence processes including client preparation and lenders Q&A.
- Handling team in the end-to-end deal execution.
- Supporting team in onboarding of new clients.

**Requirements**:

- 0.6 to 2 years of relevant experience and with good academic background.
- Demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and Communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
