**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Responsibilities**:
The Security Guard must be alert, sharp, decisive and must ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all students, staff personnel, visitors and the school premises. He should constantly patrol and monitor assigned areas of the school buildings, grounds and parking lots to deter, detect, report and stop violations of the law and/or school policies. He should be able to keep the administration informed of the things happening inside the school premises.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Security Guard. Must have **at least 5 years** of experience in a similar role.
- Should be well-built and fit and have a good personality.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts. Should be open to work alternative weekly night shifts.
- Should be able to converse in Tamil language (mandatory). Knowledge of English or Hindi Language is an added advantage.
- Ability to remain calm, work well under pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Must have the ability to work with a high level of accuracy, work methodically and on their own initiative, manage time effectively and take a solution-focused approach at all times.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
