We are looking for a reliable and vigilant **Security Guard** to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The Security Guard will be responsible for patrolling, monitoring surveillance systems, responding to security threats, and ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or security breaches.
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers as needed.
- Conduct security checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are locked.
- Report suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards to management.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of security activities.
- Assist law enforcement and emergency response teams when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus.
- **Licenses & Certifications**:

- Valid security guard license (if required by local law).
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Fire Safety Training (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay alert and make quick decisions in emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
