**Description**:
**How you will contribute**:
**1.Application Support**:

- Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support or development teams as needed and track progress until resolution

**2.Technical Expertise**:

- Collaborate with Level 1 (BSD) & end users to enhance their technical knowledge and capabilities.

**3.Problem Identification and Resolution**:

- Perform in-depth analysis of reported issues to identify trends and recurring problems.

**4.Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with end-users to gather information, provide updates on issue status, and offer guidance on best practices.
- Documentation and knowledge sharing : Maintain comprehensive documentation of resolved issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Share knowledge and contribute to the organization’s knowledge base to empower Level 1 support and end-users.

**5.Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the solution provided is based on the available knowledge documentation & not based on gut feels/assumptions.
- Ensure the provided resolution goes thru the four eye principle to ensure 100% of quality.

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field with computer background
- Freshers would be preferrable as well
- Basic or end to end knowledge in Shipping Life cycle
- Basic knowledge on EDI & SQL
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Continuous learner who keeps up-to-date with technology trends and best practices
- Attention to detail and a passion for resolving complex technical challenges
- Preferably immediate Joining or a max of notice period with 60 working days
- Ready to work in 24/7 shift
- Willingness to work in perennial night shifts
- Ready to re-locate near office location within the cab radius in case staying far in the city
