**What you will be doing**:

- Involving in Production Support
- Handles inquiries and resolves issues.
- Assists in daily coordination of various assigned projects.
- Handles Impact Analysis, and Operational Readiness procedures
- Code and support Mainframe tools and services for automate processes.
- Performs day-to-day production support activities such as web server recycles, troubleshooting issues, etc.
- Determines gaps in procedures/processes and come up with suggestions/recommendation for improvement.
- Assist with Server Network related issues or configurations.
- Develops technical designs that will meet system objectives and minimize the impact on operations
- Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time.

**What you bring**:

- 3 to 10 years’ experience in Mainframe technologies.
- Good analytical skills in Mainframe related issues and abends.
- Good in COBOL, VSAM, JCL, DB2
- Good to have experience in CICS, IMS DB/DC, CTRL+M
- Ability to collaborate with others and solve complex problem
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
- Delivery-oriented team player who takes responsibility for the team’s success and strives to continually learn and improve
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and effectively interact with various functional areas and facilities
- Knowledge of Cards, Financial and Banking services industry
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and client.

**Bonus if you have**
- Good in FTP, Linux, Shell Scripting.
- Experience in messaging such as File transmissions using NDM, SFTP.
- Experience with Splunk.
