**Role: Relationship Executive**

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain brand profiles and product listings on the online Material Library platform
- Build and nurture strong relationships with onboarded brands to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Initiate and manage the renewal process for annual catalogue library subscriptions.
- Proactively pitch and promote additional Knowledge Center services to existing partner brands.
- Regularly audit and update catalogue/sample data for accuracy, relevance, or deletion as needed.

**Skills**:

- Client servicing & relationship management
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage listings and data
- Sales mindset with upselling capability
- Familiarity with CRM tools or product catalog systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Basic understanding of architecture/design industry is a bonus

**Educational Qualifications**

**Work Experience**:
❖ Fresher or upto 0-1 year of work experience in a similar role.

**Additional Requirement**:

- Support the onboarding team in onboarding new brands to the website and digital platform.
- Assist in physical library setup and Odoo software integration for new brand entries.
- Engage with visiting architects, designers, and brand clients, understand their requirements, collect feedback, and help provide relevant solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Gurgaon City, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
