Officer QA/ Executive QA

Job Title : Officer QA/ Executive QA Responsibilities:
Checking Dispatch and Cross check Label Activity.
Verification of sampling activity for finished product
Line Clearance & verification packing area.
Issuance of BMRs,
Log Books, Register, formats etc.
In-process check of finished product packing.

Stamping of master, controlled, uncontrolled, obsolete copy as per requirement on the document and maintain document.
Retrieval of controlled copy and archival of master document in hard and soft (scan) copy.
Issuance, tracking co-ordinating and proof archival of change control.
Execution of validation activity.
Prepare for Quality Audits and its compliances.
Verification of Documents for release.
Preparation of finished product label, MSDS.
Make documents available for dispatch.
Reporting of all problems or deviations to HOD-QA.
Maintain all training records and calendars. Preparation specification, protocol, MOA, COA. Preparation of APQR. Issue Deviation/
CAPA formats on requisition. Checking of logbook all dept
