**Role Description**:
**This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Officer (Pharma) located in Tarapur MIDC, Boisar**. As a QA Officer (Pharma), you will be responsible for understanding and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations set by the government and industry standards. You will oversee and assure the quality of manufacturing processes and products, review and approve batch records, and conduct internal audits. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to manage deviations, complaints, and CAPAs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Officer (Pharma) in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of national and international pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines (e.g. FDA, EMA, WHO, ICH)
- Strong understanding and experience with Quality Assurance tools and techniques (e.g. Risk Management)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
- Experience with laboratory test analysis techniques, e.g. HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer titrator is a plus
