You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with private schools, driving revenue generation, and ensuring the successful onboarding of schools onto our platform. This position offers initial equity and commission-based compensation, with a transition to a salary structure once a certain revenue threshold is achieved.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and establish strategic partnerships with private schools across India, showcasing the value proposition of ONE OATH's personalized learning solutions.

2. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue through school partnerships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the company's financial growth.

3. Relationship Management: Build strong and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in schools, including management, administrators, and decision-makers.

4. Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding process for partner schools, ensuring a smooth transition onto the ONE OATH platform, including training and support.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including the technology, content, and support teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and address any school-specific requirements.

6. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights to provide strategic recommendations for business growth.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates on partnership progress and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the education sector. Experience in working with private schools or educational institutions is highly desirable.

2. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for transforming education and making a positive impact.

3. Networking and Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

5. Self-Motivated: Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Remuneration:

- Initial Equity: Offered as a co-founder.
