We are looking for a **Chief Technology Officer** (PMP Certified) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. Will work directly under the COO / CEO and will act as a techno-commercial business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future business operations of the company.

**Experience**:
At least 12 years of experience overall, of which 6 years are relevant. Must have extensive hands on from a Coder to CTO profile. Should have worked with reputed mid to large size IT Company in SW Development space. Product development preferred in experience. Cloud and SAAS model experience mandatory. Must have experience of handling large team.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate / Engineer (MBA with PMP Certification will be preferred)

**Budget**:

- Annual CTC Rs.15 - 30 Lac

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
- Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions.
- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
- Track, analyze and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and Develop, track & control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations.
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets.
- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
- Consolidate our technology platforms and create upgradation / sustenance plans for each.
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar project management leadership role.
- Knowledge of technological trends (Scrum, Microservices, Agile) to build strategy.
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
- Excellent communication and presentable skills with Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of offering SaaS-based solutions (preferred)
