**Job Title: UI Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. (required)
- Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions. (required)
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve interface designs.
- Implement design principles, such as color theory, typography, and layout, to enhance usability and visual consistency. (required)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design processes.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of UI design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software. (required)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. (required)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry advancements.

**Education**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
