**Role**: UI Designer

**About you**:

- You can strike conversations out of thin air and communicate elegantly with project stakeholders to understand project needs and design goals.
- You are proactive and strategic in coming up with new design ideas and concepts.
- You can clearly explain and present both internally and to the clients the design decisions and directions taken to arrive at the design concept.
- You enjoy the kind of work you do, this is a non-negotiable.

**Some of the things you will be doing**:

- Work closely with designers and developers to identify project requirements and design handoffs.
- Ideate and create a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Illustrate website/app functioning by developing UI mockups and prototypes.
- Identify and design impactful solutions to design problems, user pain points, and research findings.
- Provide support by participating in creative decision-making.
- Design stellar UI designs for myriad platforms with focus on web and mobile.

**You will be a great fit if you have**:

- Bachelor's or relevant program degree in design or art-related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a UI Designer or a similar role.
- Experience with UI design software like Figma, Adobe XD. Figma being the preferred tool.
- Basic knowledge of Sketch/Illustrator/Photoshop.
- Good to have knowledge of After Effects, Figjam/Miro, 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D.
- Experience in developing website using Webflow is a plus.
- Understanding and execution of UX process and strategies.
- A keen eye for detail, sense of design, and up-to-date with design trends.
- A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
