Customer Service Executive

2. Diligently answering queries posted by customers on social media
3. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve complete customer satisfaction
4. Interact with customers through crisp and clear communication
5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers
6. Handle customer complaints & provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
7. Keep records of customer interactions
8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
9. Make calls to customers to confirm orders/answer queries as required
10. Do grievance redressal for customer complaints
11. Ensure no complaints are escalated on any social media platform
12. Prepare picking & delivery data as per orders received
13. Coordinate with operations for correct dispatch of orders as per invoice
14. TAT for dispatch of In Stock articles to be maintained at 24 hours
15. Follow up with Delivery Partners to ensure timely delivery & control Undelivered rate
16. Handle Walk-In customers at the Experience Centre on as is basis
17. Coordinate with operation team to ensure correct inventory is updated on the website
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
