Inbound and Outbound Lab technician for Arogyamithra Medical Lab Purpose

Arogyamithra is seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our team as Inbound and Outbound Lab technician for Arogyamithra medical lab program. In this role, you will play a vital role in adjusting & calibrating all lab tests by connecting patients with the diagnostic test resources in order to access medical care services financial resources they need to access critical medical care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inbound medical test:

- Provide service for patients, who are seeking service from Arogyamithra.
- Listen attentively to patient needs and concerns to identify suitable tests and services.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of medical test, process and service rates.
- Guide patients through the diagnostic test process and collect necessary information about their disorder symptoms in order to provide certain test.
- Address any apprehensions patients may have regarding diagnostic test build trust in Arogyamithra's medical services
- Outbound Calls/
- Contact pre-qualified patients to introduce Arogyamithra's diagnostic medical test program.
- Effectively communicate riskless and features of Arogyamithra's diagnostic medical test options.
- Schedule appointments for patients with diagnostic test specialists to discuss their specific needs.
- Respond to patient questions regarding their health problems and address any concerns they may have.
- General Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of all test specimens and health problem descr with patients.
- Meet daily call targets and adhere to Arogyamithra's communication standards.
- Stay up to date on Arogyamithra's medical loan products and eligibility requirements.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

- Intermediate or any degree.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong telephone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Telugu, English (Hindi fluency a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- The ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help patients.
