**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Intern/Business Development Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our website development and recruitment services. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking.
- Utilize online tools and databases to build and maintain a prospect list.
- Conduct market research and identify industry trends to identify potential clients.
**Sales & Business Development**:
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Qualify leads and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
**Recruitment**:
- Research and identify potential client companies (e.g., startups, SMEs, large enterprises) in various industries.
- Utilize online platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases) and networking to build a target client list.
- Schedule and conduct introductory calls/meetings with hiring managers and HR professionals.
**Recruitment Lead Qualification**:
- Understand the client's hiring needs, budget, and timeline.
- Qualify leads based on their potential value and fit with our company's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
**Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify potential new markets and service offerings.
**Administrative Support**:
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- **Experience**:0-1 years of experience** in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred)
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
