- Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
- Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
- Minimum 20 hours teaching load per week.
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
- Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
- Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
- Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc. **Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc. ** To set, evaluate, and mark students’ course work, homework and other assignments promptly, and to record marks on College systems as requested, in accordance with the College Assessment and Marking Policy and procedures. **To carry out formative and summative assessments as appropriate. ** To complete associated and administrative tasks to deadlines, as directed. **To induct students appropriately, to provide academic advice, counseling, educational guidance, and tutorial support to students, including individual learning plans as directed.**:

- To supervise students’ attendance and behavior and follow up as appropriate, in accordance with the College Behavior and Attendance policies. **To undertake any reasonable duties as required.**
