- About the Project
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project teams and other stakeholders at the national, state and district level-
- Support the Lead with project activities including project planning, project management, operations, stakeholder engagement and documentation.-
- Closely track progress of key deliverables and ensure timely implementation of project activities-
- Support documentation of landscaping activities and preparation of State Digital Health Roadmap-
- Support development of capacity building and IEC-BCC plans for the project in coordination with team members-
- Present updates and progress of the projectInterface with National Health Authority for ABDM-related activities-
- Support the development of District CPHC model and support efforts for its inclusion in GIDH Transformation Toolbox-
- Travel to project sites for implementation and supervision of project activities-
- Undertake other tasks which may be assigned from time to time- Education Qualification, Experience and

**Required Skills**:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience and demonstrated skills in public health program management (experience in digital health projects essential)-
- Master’s degree in management or public health from a reputable graduate school.-
- Experience of working with national, state and district level government health department and donors within the development sector-
- Technical knowledge and field experience of planning and implementation in public health programs, especially RMNCH-
- Familiarity with Indian public health system, flagship initiatives in health sector and relevant government policies/ strategies particularly NHM, Ayushman Bharat Health & Wellness Centers, ABDM, National Health Programs etc.-
- Proven ability to multi-task and collaborate work effectively with senior staff, colleagues, donors, partner organizations, stakeholders, local institutions, and others at all levels.-
- Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and an emphasis on quality.-
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and report writing skills.-
- Excellent skills in facilitation, team building and coordination.-
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively.-
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.-
- Proven effectiveness while working in a team-based environment, but capable also of working independently.-
- Fluency in Marathi is desirable.- Location: Delhi
