
Sales Representative

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities in targeted markets.
- Visit clients and prospective clients regularly to present and demonstrate our communication products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Generate leads and actively pursue new clients to expand the customer base.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and share client feedback.
- Prepare, deliver, and follow up on sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company and build professional networks.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the communications or technology sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client visits and leads.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor sales approaches to client needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
