**Key Responsibilities**
- **Reception Management**:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage patient check-ins, registrations, and appointment scheduling.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain patient records and update the database with accuracy.
- Manage billing, payments, and issue receipts as required.
- **Coordination**:
- Liaise with physiotherapists and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the daily schedule to avoid overlaps.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address patient queries and provide accurate information about services.
- Resolve complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department when needed.
- **Office Management**:
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with basic billing systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle patient interactions calmly.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in healthcare or physiotherapy-related services will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
