Phlebotomist

Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment. operating with all safety guidelines electrical and nonelectrical laboratory equipment and potentially dangerous substances (flammable liquids, infectious bacteria, biohazards etc.)
- Monitoring the Lab Process (Pre analytic, Analytic and Post analytic)
- Check the Quality assurance time to time
- Maintain the Quality Control documents
- Follow the preventive and service issues of Equipment maintenance
- Interpret the results.
- Maintain and monitor the reagents utilization.
- Set Standard operating Protocols for operations and train the lab technicians
- Maintain the Inventory
- Documentation of all laboratory procedures and activities key to its regular operations.
- Reduce the pre analytical, analytical and post analytic errors.
- To make sure indent of the material require for lab must be done on time.
- To maintain discipline in the team
- To prepare roster, coordinate with doctors, TAT of reporting, Stock reports and deviation reports, maintenance of equipment, etc.
- Implementation of Quality Policies and train team members as required on the Quality guidelines defined in the SoPs, including accurancy in reporting, patient's confidentiality, compliance to rules and regulations, etc. And submit ATRs for any deviations.
- Take measures to prevent pilferages and report pilferages monthly.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
