**Job Summary**:
The Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples, operating laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate records of test results. The technician works closely with medical professionals to provide critical diagnostic data to assist in patient care.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Specimen Collection & Preparation**: Collect and prepare patient samples, including blood, urine, tissue, and other bodily fluids, for testing.
- **Laboratory Testing**: Perform laboratory tests in various disciplines, such as hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and urinalysis.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring they are calibrated, cleaned, and functioning correctly.
- **Patient Interaction**: In some settings, interact with patients to assist with specimen collection or explain the testing process.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
