**Job Title: Operations Executive (Night Shift)**

**Experience**:2+ years

**Salary**:₹18,000/month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Online Presence Management: Handle the company’s Google Business profile, manage and update LinkedIn content, and maintain the website. This includes graphic designing using Canva and other tools.
- Timesheet Management: Oversee and track employee timesheets, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Recruitment Process Support: Assist in creating job descriptions, proofreading them, and sharing with recruiters. Keep track of recruitment processes.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage office administration tasks such as document organization and employee communications.
- Webinars and Training: Attend webinars to stay updated on industry trends and help implement new strategies.
- Requirement Management: Collaborate with teams to ensure proper requirement management and workflow.
- Reports and Updates: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on all handled areas.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in staffing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Ai tools, Research and Development, Graphic Design Google Business and Website Maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with night shifts and remote communication tools.
- Proactive, prompt and progressive attitude, able to do distraction-free work.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
