**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a Call Center Representative to assist patients in booking appointments with hospitals and medical facilities. You’ll handle calls, schedule appointments, update patient records, and provide accurate information—all while delivering excellent service.

**Budget is upto 20K**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Book hospital appointments via inbound/outbound calls
- Confirm patient details and update systems accurately
- Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed
- Provide information on services and availability
- Meet call and booking targets
- Ensure patient confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Call center or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and data entry skills
- Customer-focused and organized
- Familiarity with healthcare or scheduling systems is a plus
