**Essential Skills**

**Description**:
The IT Officer will have specific responsibilities that will include:

- Assist in the development of in-house tools on C# ASP.NET
- Code and test the robustness of codes & maintain a log of inputs and results.
- Report issues and concerns immediately to the senior.
- Organize and schedule patches, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to use in-house tools
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve system issues.

**Requirements**:
**Qualification**:

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or any other relevant professional qualifications in line with the areas of specialization.

**Skills and competencies**:

- Expertise in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, user-defined functions, triggers, joins, sub-queries, etc.,
- Experience in Relational and Data Modeling and Design, developing, testing, implementing, fine-tuning, enhancing, and maintaining new and existing databases,
- Experience in creating richly formatted reports including graphs/charts, tables/matrices, and pivot tables.
