Digital Marketing Executive (Freshers / Entry-Level)

  • Set up and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Handle audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with design & content teams for campaign execution
  • Analyze performance and prepare reports
  • Eligibility:
    Any graduate (BBA, MBA, Marketing, Mass Comm, IT, B.Tech CSE preferred but open to all streams)
  • Skills:
    Strong interest in digital marketing, good communication & analytical skills, willingness to work from Lucknow office


Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (2–4 Years Exp.)

  • Independently manage and optimize campaigns for multiple clients
  • Ensure ROI-driven performance and handle larger budgets
  • Coordinate directly with international clients for reporting and strategy
  • Mentor junior team members


Digital Marketing Manager (4+ Years Exp.)

  • Lead and manage a team of executives/specialists
  • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships (international exposure)
  • Ensure overall success of client campaigns and revenue growth
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance reviews for team members

Strong communication skills (mandatory, since we deal with foreign clients)

Proficiency/interest in Meta Ads Manager

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Leadership and mentoring ability (for senior/managerial roles)
