
Packaging & Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities:Packaging & Dispatch**:
- Pack products securely and accurately as per order specifications
- Maintain inventory of packaging materials and reorder as needed
- Label, seal, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in packaging area
**Accounting & Finance**:
- Assist in data entry of purchase, sales, and expense invoices in accounting software
- Prepare and maintain records of daily transactions
- Support monthly GST filing and reconciliation
- Help generate bills and manage e-way bills if required
- Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Basic knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / any accounting software
- Understanding of inventory and dispatch operations
- Familiarity with packaging materials and order handling
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or relevant field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar dual-role position is an advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
