Associate Course Designer

**Eligibility & Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Education)
- **1 to 3 years**of experience in **instructional design**, **technical writing**, video simulations and infographics for software products and hardware
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Working knowledge in eLearning development tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate preferred, MURF AI or experience in other speech to text tools)
- Experience with video editing tools (Camtasia, SnagIt or similar)
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Management**:Work on multiple projects while ensuring adherence to timelines.
- **Needs Analysis**:Collaborate with Learning Program Managers (LPMs) and Subject Matter Expert (SMEs), and product teams to gather inputs.
- **Design and Storyboarding**:Create high-level design outline and storyboards for interactive/non-interactive course content.
- **Content Development**:Design and develop interactive eLearning modules, micro-learning videos, and infographics.
- **Review & Ensure Quality**:Work with LPMs and SMEs for content validation and feedback implementation, ensuring the final outputs meet the defined standards.
- **Continuous Learning**:Build product, process, and business knowledge to further enhance the quality of deliverables as well as to stay up to date on the industry trends.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in working with SMEs, performing needs analysis, content gathering and shifting, instructional design processes, and storyboarding.
- Knowledge of applied pedagogy in instructional design technology.
- Understanding of content and learning management systems
- Basic knowledge of eLearning development tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to new technologies.
